Custom Fabrication
MRG fabricates both Borosilicate and Quartz glassware.
Quartz Glassware (fused silica) is most commonly used in both the semiconductor and solar industries. Its extremely high purity and unique ability to withstand extremely high temperatures makes this type of glass ideal for their production needs.
Borosilicate Glass (boro) is the most common type of glass used in laboratories around the world. Although it cannot handle the high temperatures of fused quartz silica, the raw material is much more cost effective and can still withstand temperatures up to 450 degrees. It can also handle severe temperature changes without causing thermal shock.
Repair
We offer a full variety of services ranging from custom fabrication to the repair of broken glassware. We offer a very competitive cost solution by repairing broken glassware. Companies can cut their costs dramatically by compiling their broken glassware and sending it in for service. Glassware items are repaired to function as new vessels by replacing individual components.
